Binance CEO Ambitious Headcount for 2023

inance CEO Changpeng Zhao announced that the crypto exchange giant has a headcount growth target of 15%-30% for 2023, signifying their ambition to continually expand.

At a conference in St. Moritz, Switzerland, he reported that the exchange group expanded drastically from 3,000 to 8,000 members by 2022.

As we are aiming to move forward into the following year, our primary goals lie in further developing technology and making the intricate crypto exchange-operator more efficient. Simultaneously, investing resources towards bettering customer support is also a priority for us.

“We have one business that is pretty big, pretty profitable but it is not going to last forever… we don’t want to become the Kodak," he said. "We want to disrupt ourselves rather than other people disrupting us.”

He forecasted that within a decade or so, a decentralized exchange will overtake Binance as the pre-eminent cryptocurrency trading venue.
